Team Members

Chloe Hunt
Team and Resource Manager
Chloe's main role as Impro Racings Team Manager includes organisation, oversight of all tasks, and reviewing all tasks completed by the team. She is also responsible for creating and maintaining a time management plan. Chloe is in charge of overseeing the teams progress, social media, website and updating new information. As Resource Manager Chloe's main role is the development and management of the team's resources. This includes seeking sponsors for finance, developing a budget and organising marketing. She is also the primary contact for the team's sponsors.

Susan Anderson
Graphics Designer
Susan's main role in Impro Racing is to design and create the team's identity. This includes the design and development of the team's logo, uniform and booth display. This has been achived by using numerous online websites such as paint 3D to create intricate designs for both our logo and different areas of our booth display.

Grace Frankland-Shambler
Design and Manufacturing Engineer
Grace's main role as Impro Racings Design Engineer is to create and design the teams cars. This includes researching different engineering concepts then implementing them into each car made. As Manufacturing Engineer, Grace is also responsible for creating a 3D model of the design she made using a Computer Aiding Design called C.A.T.I.A.. The process includes milling, sanding, painting, printing and assembling the final parts of the car.

Kirsten Boesen
Team Mentor
Kirsten's main role as Impro Racing Racings team mentor is to provide guidance and help to the team. Even though she is not an official member she helps the team in many ways, such as helping build the website and ideas and input into the graphics. Kirsten manages the Facebook account and provides a helping hand in tasks that the team members may be struggling with. She completed Development Class back in year 8 so she has an understanding of the requirements for the competition.
